   • Own the AWS infrastructure architecture and technical direction for 5 IaC monorepos (240+ CloudFormation stacks) and 90+ repositories across multi-region primary and DR environments; lead a 7-engineer DevOps team and set the platform roadmap for multiple product lines.
   • Architected the DR Automation framework on AWS CDK + Step Functions + Lambda with cross-account role assumption and dry-run orchestration, collapsing multi-hour failover runbooks into single-click, auditable execution. The swap steps and post-failover smoke tests are Python (boto3).
   • Designed the self-mutating CI/CD pipeline orchestrator (AWS CDK + CodePipeline) delivering staging → DR → production waves with gated manual approvals, standardising release flow across all product lines.
   • Operate the event-driven production platforms: Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, Step Functions, RDS, DynamoDB Global Tables, and MediaLive/MediaConvert, with least-privilege IAM, Cognito, and KMS.
   • Deliver the estate as code: CloudFormation and CDK for the monorepos and Terraform modules for cross-cloud infrastructure and stage discovery.
   • Architected and built a startup platform from scratch for 10K+ RPS on a single endpoint: 9 microservices on Azure Container Apps with Cosmos DB, Redis, Front Door + WAF, and private Key Vault, one Bicep codebase for Dev and Prod, proven with a distributed k6 harness and hop-by-hop tracing.
   • Own pre-sales technical solutioning across AWS and Azure (architecture proposals, cost modeling, and budget scoping), converting enterprise technical requirements into sold engagements for the DevOps practice.
   • Shipped the operational tooling in Python (Streamlit DevOps GUI, AWS SSO manager, DynamoDB Global Table drift audit, and a Secrets Manager cross-region DR audit/apply CLI), now standard for the team.

2. DevOps Lead

   • Standardised GitHub repository controls across engineering teams: directed the GitHub → GitHub Enterprise migration and applied branch protection and repository policies consistently, with Python against the GitHub REST API doing the repetitive repo work.
